While driving to work today, I saw a tour group crossing Independence from the Capitol Building. I didn't think anything of it, I mean, tour groups block traffic every morning! Until I saw that the adult in the front of the group wasn't carrying an umbrella over his head like most tour leaders. No. This man was holding a Bill Clinton bobblehead doll.
